Company was made competitive and noted improvement by Contracting Officers in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Oversaw construction and integration activities for installations throughout the world of radiation detection equipment.

Responsible for Laboratory Directed Research and Development Program for National Security—strategic selection of the research project portfolio, funding, and reporting functions. ($2 M)
Responsible for integration of strategic and business planning for National Security at the Laboratory. Responsible for numerous programs for a wide range of National Security customer sets.
Serve as project management consultant for the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) of the Department of Energy (DOE) for complex construction projects including the National Ignition Facility ($4.2 B), the Chemical and Metellurgical Research Facility ($270+M), and the two coal fire plants in the Former Soviet Union ($35+M) as examples.
Lead and direct forward-thinking marketing team. Play integral role in product development activities. Prepare and manage $1.5-million marketing budget.
